Challenger Charlie, Player Snacks and Supporter’s Club Donations support program expenses
1) Challenger Charlie Club Donor - $20 to $250 per year
- Donations directed to the ‘Challenger Charlie Fund’ are used to support players that need financial assistance to register for HCBA programs
2) Player Snacks Donor - $20 to $250 per year
- Donations directed to the ‘Player Snacks’ are used to purchase treats that are distributed to participants at the Sports Programs
3) HCBA Supporter’s Club - One-time or monthly donations of $20 to $250 per year
- ‘Supporter’s Club’ Donations can be used as needed to supplement Sports Programs, Challenger Charlie sponsorships, Player Snacks, Special Events
4) Treats / new items that can be used as door prizes at our special events are also helpful

Donors will receive:
- Tax Receipt for the amount donated each year
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our banquet program

Sports Program/Team Donations
1) Sports Program Sponsor – minimum $500 per year
- 'Sports Program/Team' Donations help to fund venue rentals, equipment maintenance and upgrades, player apparel, trophies / memorabilia and banquet tickets for players and volunteers

Sponsors will receive:
• Tax Receipt for amount donated
• Name / Logo displayed at sports programs
• Recognition on the HCBA website and in our banquet program as a Sports Program/Team Sponsor

Silver, Gold and Platinum Club Donations help to support Administration / Incorporation expenses, Public Relations as well as Capital expenses for upgrades to equipment and to venues.
1) Silver Club - $250 to $500 per year
2) Gold Club - $500 to $1,000 per year
3) Platinum Club - $1,000 per year or higher  

Donors will receive:
• Tax Receipt for the amount donated each year
• Recognition on the HCBA website and in our banquet program

NOTE: Donations can also be directed to approved projects
All Donors will be acknowledged on our website and in our banquet program as Sponsors / Supporters of HCBA
