HCBA Donations Criteria
PLATINUM CLUB DONOR $1,000. per year
Donor will receive;
- Tax Receipt for $1,000
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as a Platinum Club Donor
GOLD CLUB DONOR $500. per year
Donor will receive;
- Tax Receipt for $500
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as a Gold Club Donor
TEAM SPONSOR $500.
Sponsor will receive;
- Tax Receipt for $300 – A $200 advertising cost is not receiptable per CRA guidelines
- Name/Logo on jerseys
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as a Team Sponsor
SILVER CLUB DONOR $250. per year
Donor will receive;
- Tax Receipt for $250
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as a Silver Club Donor
CHALLENGER CHARLIE CLUB DONOR $75 per year
Donation is directed to the “Challenger Charlie Fund” which is used to support players that need financial assistance to register for HCBA programs. Donor will receive;
- Tax Receipt for $75
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as a Challenger Charlie Club Donor
HCBA SUPPORTERS CLUBS.
One time or monthly donations. Monthly donations will require post-dated cheques.
Donor will receive;
- Tax Receipt, if the sum of all donations for the entire year totals $20 or more.
- Recognition on the HCBA website and in our year-end banquet program as an HCBA Supporter.
Other donations or gifts that could be used as door prizes for our special events will be gratefully accepted. Donors will be acknowledged on our website and in our year-end banquet program as supporters of HCBA.
Hamilton Challenger Baseball Association is a Charitable Organization for physically and developmentally challenged youth and adults ranging in age from 5 years to over 40 years. Challenger Baseball allows participants to experience the joys and social benefits of taking part in a team sport. Our goals are:

Provide sports and social activities for challenged athletes

Develop baseball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship to the maximum of each player’s ability

Build self-esteem and confidence through participation and social interaction

Create a fun atmosphere and playing environment for our members

Promote community awareness and participation in the program
